Apparently there are rules.
And not just one rule.
There are apparently rules about how tall the grass is, how wet the grass is, how often you mow it, how short you cut it, what time of day you mow it, and probably what phase the moon is in if you ask the right neighbor.
I had no idea I was walking around thinking lawn care was a three-step process while other people were apparently running a small agricultural operation.
